FAQ

  • You can wear anything that makes you feel comfortable and at ease. Enjoy a session after work, on your lunch break, or whenever you have a bit of free time.

  • Yoga mats are available to you here in the studio. You are always welcome to bring your own mat if doing so makes you feel more at home and relaxed.

  • All classes, whether they be private or group lessons last 45 minutes. The standard sequence is to begin with a breathing exercise, go through a warm-up, perform releasing and toning poses, and finish with a cool-down.

  • Students are encouraged to arrive on time, but not too early.

  • Group classes are limited to 8 participants, so please register through the online registration system to ensure your place in a class.

  • It is advised to train 2-3 times per week, supplemented by some home exercises. Consistency, as with any exercise, is the key to long-term benefits and changes.

  • While some people experience the benefits right away, most people begin to notice changes within 2-4 weeks.

  • No, it has been proven that the Face Yoga Method can help to reduce and prevent wrinkles, sagging facial lines, and other signs of aging.

  • Of course! It's never too late to start; any age is appropriate.

  • I only provide studio lessons in Nürnberg, Germany, but if you are interested in learning remotely, please get in touch with me.

  • I offer multilingual Face Yoga classes in English, German, French or Japanese.

  • Face Yoga can be combined wonderfully with other facial treatments. However, since botox suppresses the movement of the facial muscles, it might be difficult to move the muscles right after a treatment. Please consult with your physician before practicing.
