What is the Face Yoga Method?
The Face Yoga Method is a natural way to age with grace and maintain a youthful appearance.
It combines breathing, posture awareness, and facial muscle exercises to reduce wrinkles by relaxing your face's overworked muscles and lifting up the lines on your face which results in a brighter and firmer face.
