My mission as a Face Yoga teacher is to support you all in feeling confident and empowered about your face, posture and aging process. Even though our hearts and souls are what matter most, our face and posture are the first things people notice about us and sometimes they can convey a range of messages, not all of which we mean to convey.
That is why I want to help each and every one of my students experience the positive effects of bringing that inner-glow outwards! I am extremely passionate about Face Yoga because it is a completely natural approach to the aging process.
The pro-aging lifestyle doesn't stop at just doing facial muscle exercises, but extends to how you take care of yourself, your postures, and your self-awareness.
It’s about prioritizing time for yourself and getting away from stressful life situations. I want to offer you the possibility to take a short break in an oasis where you can get in touch with yourself, your mind, and your emotions. This process is empowering because you do the work and make the change yourself.

Face Yoga activates sleeping facial muscles and releases overworked muscles. Whether you want to work on lifting up your face lines, reducing wrinkles, adding more volume to your cheeks, creating symmetry in your smile, or relieving your jaw pain, it is a sustainable method! Although, like exercising your body, it is not a quick fix.
